License for local sale of Wholesale Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL),Country Liquor (CL) and Foreign Liquor (FL)

License is required for local sale. This license is essential for businesses to sell alcoholic beverages( IMFL/Beer/Wine/CL/FL) in the State. This license issuance is managed by the Department of Excise, Government of Goa.
